Order Process

  1. Our website images of products are displayed accurately to provide you the exact item information. Conversely this can be dependent on the buyers computer screen settings and due to this colour reproduction may vary slightly.
  2. When an order has been placed a contract has not been made until we accept your transaction.
  3. Products are subject to availability, and descriptions are provided to you as a guide to give you as much information about the product. If for any reason we are unable to supply the product the customer will be notified as soon as possible. A full refund will be processed or an alternative product will be recommended
  4. Acknowledgement of the order will be sent to the buyer’s e-mail address provided. Along with all order updates throughout the process.
  5. The contract is created when the order is ready to be dispatched.
  6. You are responsible for checking the order to ensure it is an accurate representation of what has been ordered. Please always check your order before processing further.

Personalisation

  1. All customised products are taken from what you have provided us. You are solely responsible to ensure that the custom information provided is accurate and correct.
  2. We will only personalised items based on what is provided by you. We literally copy and paste the information provided to ensure it is exact as you have provided.

Delivery

  1. All delivery information is available on our delivery information page. Working days (Business Days) are counted as Monday to Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Cancellation

  1. If you wish to cancel your order you can do so as long as your item has not been dispatched. Once your item has been dispatched you will need to return the item for a refund.  This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
  2. You can either email us or contact us via telephone to cancel or return your order.

Returns

  2. In the process of returning your item you must take reasonable care the item is returned in its new condition.
  3. The customer is responsible for the return costs
